Rosary Stretching.

Rosary Stretching is praying the Rosary with a different stretch for every Our Father and every Hail Mary. The Our Father and Glory Be are devotional postures and the 10 Hail Mary’s in-between are a sequence of moves for a certain stretch.  

Rosary Stretching is praying the Rosary with a different stretch for every Our FaThe body moves in three dimensions: Forward, Backward and Twist Stretches; then there are Inversion (upside down) stretches and Gut stretches. All five versions exercise the whole body.

First Decade Matt (1DM) – Forward Stretches
Second Decade Matt (2DM) – Inversion Stretches
Third Decade Matt (3DM) – Twist Stretches
Fourth Decade Matt (4DM) – Backward Stretches
Fifth Decade Matt (5DM) – Gut Stretches

This rosary is designed to be said on the rosary and can be done in around 20-25 minutes more or less depending on how much time you want to do it with the 55+ moves. But it can also be done without saying the rosary but saying the Jesus Prayer, silently or just the Our Father or other format. It is a devotional stretching format not an exercise format but it will help keep a person healthy, relaxed, sleep better (if done in the evening), and help with healing needed as nutrition flows better in the body when the organs and body is stretched out. It is a formal prayer format for those who want a unique new way to prayer the Rosary or prayer in general.
